Construction began with extensive site preparation and the installation of a heavy-duty reinforced concrete foundation and slab-on-grade. This structural base was engineered to support the substantial loads of industrial machinery and high-volume warehouse storage, ensuring long-term stability and performance for the facility.
Our specialized teams managed the precision erection of the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system. This phase involved the assembly of the primary structural steel frame, secondary members, and high-efficiency insulated metal wall and roof panels, creating a weather-tight shell with significant clear-span interior space.
The final stages focused on the complex coordination of heavy-duty utility connections and the optimization of site circulation. We implemented strategic paving layouts for semi-truck maneuvering and loading dock access, integrating essential drainage and life-safety systems to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial operations.
